We have dated in the past and she knows about my fetish..It was never an issue for her. We recently got back together and I asked how she felt about a cup. She said she never considered it, but would be willing to try it. I bought one the other day and will be giving to her when I see her next week ( we live in different states). She is actually as excited as I am about it. She just finished so it won't be till next month before we can see if she likes it. Her big thought is the money she will save on tampons and pads...will update next month:-)

Interesting - I'll look forward to your update! I wonder what percentage of women use cups? It must be tiny - as far as I know, they're not available in shops in Australia - the only way to get one is to order it online.

UPDATE!!!!!! Well my gf started on Monday. She was a bit anxious as she saw a video of woman having trouble with them. She had no trouble at all and wore a pad as backup the first two days. Se was amazed how comfortable it was and even though it did not leak she did have to empty it a few times the first two days due to a heavy flow. Day three she was using it exclusively and still loving it telling me by now tampons would start to irritate her. Only used 3 pads and that was just in case. Day 4 and she is telling my it's like not having her period at all...She loves it!!! She texted me last night and said an added benefit with it is she is more comfortable having oral sex with it. Sex was never an issue but she was uptight about oral during her period. Overall, best investment ever  |

Sounds like you didn't get an in person demonstration of your g/f using her cup?

The only thing is, with oral sex it almost always leads to something else. I wonder about the logistics of removing the cup in the middle of a hot moment. A tampon can be tossed on a nearby towel, but a cup... that's a trip to the bathroom, no way around it. Glad to hear it's a success so far, tho! Good luck!

Well, it was nice while it lasted. We split up again. She just didn't like the long distance part and we could not come to a consensus on moving. She did thank me for the cup tho and we remain close friends.  |
