I came across this interesting channel on Youtube:
www.youtube.com/user/preciousstarspads/
called Precious Stars Pads. The owner, Bree, an English woman in her late teens or early 20's, talks about all kinds of things menstrual related.
I believe she is one of those persons who derives a percentage of the advertising revenue that Youtube collects on video views.
Right now, she has 363 videos posted. Most of these videos have under 25,000 views. However, the second highest viewed video, currently at 429,000 views, is entitled 'How to simulate a period (for transgender women)':

I really think she got pranked on this video. She states she was contacted a day or two before by a transgendered woman who was trying to simulate a period. I think she was referring to a transsexual woman. Except, IMHO, very few transsexuals or crossdressers have any interest in simulating periods. I suspect the person who contacted her was one of the cranks from the old Bianca board. Anyway, she goes on to provide some very bad advice. She suggests mixing up a concoction of food color, cornflour (not sure what the US equivalent is), and egg whites. She compares this concoction with real menstrual fluid she has in a cup. She demonstrates pouring it on a thin pad.
The problem is that the food color will dye skin, including the naughty bits, as Monthy Python used to say. She even cautions about this. Then she wants to mix in a raw product that health authorities advise should be thoroughly cooked in advance - egg whites.
She very earnestly tries to accommodate the viewer. I am watching her, thinking, "pranked".
I don't know why this particular video got so many hits. Perhaps some other site had it as the "crank video of the day".
