The BBC website has a page of clips collectively titled "Period Dramas". My favourites are the second, fourth and eighth clips on the page - "I was about to re-enact Carrie on stage", "My boyfriend had to pull out my menstrual cup" and "Is it ok to have period sex?". www.bbc.com/news/topics/cl7262176ent/periodsA number of the women in the clips use menstrual cups. Given that only a small percentage of women use them, menstrual cups seem to be over-represented in online articles and clips about menstrual products. This lead me to wonder what the actual percentage is, but it’s hard to get any information online – all I could find was an article that says 98% of US women use tampons or pads: www.vice.com/en_au/article/xwjg74/menstrual-cup-period-cup-pros-and-cons In Australia, menstrual cups seem to be only available online. which I guess reduces their usage.
