I dont know who the Asian lady is, or much about the show but on Netflix there is a show called "Bling Empire".
Its an LA-based reality show and one of the ladies featured was caught out when a guy carried her to a pool and dropped her in. The sequence is on ep1 of the show and various people have posted stills on the web. Note that Asian terminology is often "sanitary napkin" so this is used on one of the picture links, for search purposes.
In the discussions about this on Twitter, there seems to have originally been more footage. After she had been in the water her panties apparently got red stains and this was all shown originally, but must have been cut out later. I cant find this footage, not sure if anyone else can find it.
The clear view of her panties with wings and a nice bulge is still there for all to see on Netflix, and I find this quite incredible. I cant think of any precedent for this in a mainstream show, and all the better that its a completely real scenario not fictional.
